Water is considered to be one of the most essential things that our
body need, because it is very useful in our body. Water helps our body and our
organs to function well. Water is also considered as one of the best treatment
in different sickness and if we are having a lack of supply of water in our
body, it will cause sickness. There are a lot of kinds of water nowadays, there
are alkaline, mineral, purified or the most common tap water, but these waters
have various effects in our body that is good and bad. Water is one of the most
important thing that our body needs, but the real question here does the water
we drink are really safe? Because the water we drink are undergoing various
processes that may be harmful in our body. What we need to do, is to know the
necessary things we need to in order for us to prevent the danger it can bring
to us. Here are some of the dangers of drinking water and ways to prevent it.

right amount of purified water every day. Ever since our mother or parents
and our teachers teach us that we need to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water
every day. In order for our body to function well. But according to the
research forget the eight-glasses-a-day myth. You should base the amount of
water consumption by your body weight: Drink one-half of your body weight
(lbs.) in ounces of water. In other words, if you weigh 160 pounds, you should
drink 80 ounces of water daily. Increase your water intake if you sweat
excessively from fever or exercise or if you consume alcohol, coffee, and other
caffeinated drinks, since they are diuretics and will dehydrate your cells and
tissues. (And no, these drinks do not count towards your water quota.) In case
that we make a habit of not drinking enough water, it will cause harm in our
health. What we need to do is to drink enough water, purified as I’ve said, for
us to help our body. Some of the major problems that we will experience if our
body is dehydrated are it affects the natural healing ability of our body and
also it slows down our metabolism. Another thing that you need to know about
drinking water, you should drink water slowly, because it will allow the water
to absorb the necessary.
Making
sure that our body has enough supply water is also making sure that our health
will be good. As I’ve said water really plays a vital role in our body. Take
note that other liquids that you are drinking is not counted to the required
amount you need for each day.
